In der Arbeit mit Supervision - im Einzelsetting, in Gruppen oder im Team sowie bei Fallsupervision - kann genau dies erlebt werden.
Die systemische Betrachtung eines Anliegens oder Themas verändert die Wahrnehmung des Themas. Was spielt hier eine Rolle, wer
wird's merken, wenn sich etwas verändert, woran wird er/sie es merken? Was wird dann u.U. anders sein?
Aus welchen Perspektiven könnten wir das Thema betrachten?
Was ist gut und kann so bleiben? Wer sieht es?
Wie verlaufen Kommunikationswege und Informationstransfer im Unternehmen, welche Stärken und Ressourcen gibt es...
Ich arbeite gerne in supervisorischen Settings. Die TeilnehmerInnen greifen auf ihre Ressourcen zurück, sind lebendig und stärken sich durch Reflexion und aktives Zuhören.

with groups or teams or in case supervision - change and thereby changed emotions or motivation can be experienced.
The systemic approach to a topic or challenge changes your view of the issue. What is of importance, who notices possible
changes, if there are any. What by will he/she notice that something has changed? What will be different? What else?
From which different perspectives can we look at the topic?
What is good and thriving and should be kept as such? Who sees this?
Which communication channels are there and how is information passed on in the enterprise, which strengths and ressources are there...
I like working in supervisory settings. The participants become aware of their ressources and apply them, they are lively and get empowered by reflexive processes and active listening to the others.
